Project YELL, Youth Education Life Lessons,  a youth HIV and Substance Abuse prevention project (at the Health Services Center in Hobson City) for children of the West Anniston community, funded by the Anniston Community Education Foundation, distributed 350 Substance Abuse Awareness Activity books, and 300 #2 pencils for the children attending the City of Anniston Back to School Fun Day at Nettles Park.

HSC Director of Education, Julie Hope, was thrilled to see the happy faces of the children and hopes that the materials will make a difference in their young lives. The partnership with ACEF makes us all stronger as we work to make our community safer and healthier for our children as they head back to school.
